Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website include VAT at the current rate.

The total price at checkout is inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, all duties payable in the UK and UK Mainland delivery (excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands)

The completion of the order on our website, and immediate payment for these goods, constitute a binding order from the customer. No goods will be despatched until full payment has been received.

Order Cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. This right to cancel does not apply to
Goods made to your specification – i.e. a personalised bottle of champagne
Persishable goods, for example flowers or chocolates
CD’s, DVD’s and tapes if unsealed

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days from receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@grapevineltd.co.uk

If you exercise your right to cancel once you have received your goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods, and that they are returned to us in their original condition within 30 days.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you can return them to us at any time within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue you a full refund or exchange as soon as possible. The cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by you.
Please note that your right to return goods to us does not apply in the following conditions :
Any product that has been personalised for you
If you have made an error with spelling or layout on your order, and it has already been sent to print
Where you have not taken care of the goods after receipt, and they have not been returned in their original packaging in a satisfactory condition
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We strongly advise you to return goods using a delivery service that will insure you against loss or damage, and that requires a signature upon delivery. Grapevine (Berkshire) Ltd will not accept liability for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you return an item to us due to an error on our behalf, if the item is defective, or you receive the wrong item we will refund the full amount immediately, including any costs incurred in returning the goods to us.

Delivery

We will deliver the products that have been ordered by you, to an address that you have specified when you placed your order.

At the time of order, you may specify a delivery address which is different to the billing address.

Delivery will always be made as soon as possible, and usually within 7 days of the date of order providing the goods are in stock. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of ordering with an estimated delivery date.

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Next day delivery is available Monday to Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
From Monday to Thursday, orders must be placed by 2pm to ensure delivery the next day
Any orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday
Our courier will deliver your parcel between 9am and 3pm, and a signature will be required upon delivery
You will receive an email confirmation from our courier company, with information on how to track your goods, and what to do if the parcel is not received

We will endeavour to ensure that any orders placed before 2pm on the day of order, are delivered the following day. Whilst we will make every effort to do this, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We will also not accept any liability for non delivery where the fault lies with a 3rd party.

Please note that some items are not available on a next day service, as they are not stock items. We will endeavour to contact you to inform you if any products you have ordered are not available for next day delivery.

Grapevine (Berkshire) Ltd will not be liable if any details in your delivery address are incorrect, or if the recipient is not at the address supplied at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to levy an additional charge if the goods need to be redirected, or returned to us.

Grapevine (Berkshire) Ltd will not be liable for any goods not received by specified dates, whether this is due to a failure on our behalf, the customer or a third party. Every endeavour will be made to meet specified delivery dates.

Miscellaneous

Under English law, you must be over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol through our website.

If you are purchasing a gift, the recipient must be over 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect the purchaser or recipient to be under 18 years of age
